Last updated: October 2026. Not a substitute for the license included with each product; if they conflict, the license wins for how you may use the code.
Who sells what
Products are sold by BotDrop through Gumroad, which is the merchant of record and handles payment, tax and delivery. You get a digital download of source code under the BotDrop Commercial License included in each product (use, modify and rebrand for your own and client projects; do not resell or redistribute the template itself).
Refunds
30-day refund if the template doesn't work for you. Request it through Gumroad. See the refund policy.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Features labelled beta are not fully tested.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotDrop's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and BotDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or data, or account suspensions or limits imposed by third-party platforms.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you deploy and use the software, including complying with the terms, developer policies and rate limits of Discord, Steam/Valve, Twitch, YouTube, GitHub, Epic Games and any AI provider you connect, and with privacy laws for any user data your bot handles.
Steam data
Some features use public, undocumented Steam store endpoints and page data, not the official Steam Web API. Valve may change or limit them at any time, which can stop those features working. Keep polling intervals reasonable; you are responsible for complying with Steam's terms.

BotDrop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Epic Games, GOG, GitHub, Google/YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Ollama, xAI, OpenAI or Anthropic. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. All other trademarks belong to their owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
