• Pre-sales questions: which template fits your server or project, setup requirements, licensing for client work.
• Refunds: 30-day refund if the template doesn't work for you. Request it through Gumroad (see the refund policy), or email us with your order email.
• Bug reports: tell us the template, what you ran, and what happened (error output helps).
• Custom work: changes or a custom bot built on a BotDrop template.

Order and download issues

Payment, receipts and downloads are handled by Gumroad. You can re-download from your Gumroad library or get help at Gumroad Help.
